National Science Day Celebration 2022 in Maharishi University, Lucknow

On 28th February 2022, School of Science at Maharishi University of Information Technology celebrated National Science Day on the theme ‘Integrated Approach in Science and Technology for Sustainable Future’, with great zeal in hybrid mode.



  


On this occasion, Dr. Anchal Srivastava (Professor, Department of Physics, University of Lucknow) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest while Dr. RK Shukla (Professor, Department of Physics, University of Lucknow) graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Prof. Srivastava talked about Laser and it’s applications while Prof. Shukla talked about optical fibres, their applications, advantages and limitations. On this occasion debate, poster and essay competition was also organised in which the students of different Schools participated with great enthusiasm.
The first three winners in each competition were given away awards. A Newsletter 'Pragman' by School of Science was also launched on this occasion.
On this occasion Hon’ble Chancellor (Shri Ajay Prakash Shrivastava), Hon’ble DG (Prof. Group Captain OP Sharma), Hon’ble Vice Chancellor (Prof. BP Singh), Registrar (Prof. AP Singh), Dean- Academics (Mr. Sapan Asthana), Dean-school of Science (Dr. Ramakant), Dty Dean- School of Science (Dr. Nishant Kumar), other Deans of Schools, faculty members and students were present.
The event was successfully convened by Dr. Himani Kulshrestha and conducted by Dr. Neeraj Jain.

73rd Republic Day was celebrated with full enthusiasm by all members of Maharishi University of Information Technology, Noida campus. Flag hoisting was done by Mr. Rajeev Arora along with Director, PI and Dean Academics. Dr. Sunil Sinha threw light on the importance of peace and happiness through Transcendental Meditation. The occasion was graced by all Deans, faculty members and staff of the organization. The importance of 26th January was talked about. All Martyrs were remembered on this auspicious day. Students also expressed their feelings and views by reciting poems. Importance of Transcendental Meditation was talked about. The celebration ended with distribution of prasad.

Maharishi School of Animation Organised the Freshers '21 celebration at MUIT, Noida

Maharishi School of Animation organised the Freshers '21 celebration in Utsav Bhavan at MUIT, Noida campus on 11th November 2021. The occasion was solemnised with the august presence of Mr. Dinesh Pathak (Director PI), Mr. Bhanu Pratap Maratha (Dean, MSOA), Dr. Shambhoo Sharan Gupta (Dean, J&MC), Dr. Mudita Agarwal (Dy. Dean, MSSC), faculty members of MSOA, along with other faculty members of School of Journalism and Mass Communication. The event reverberated throughout with ebullience, exhilaration and active participation of all, including the audience. Ms. Deepanshi Sharma and Mr. Priyanshu were selected as Miss and Mister Fresher '21, respectively. The event was marked with vote of thanks and a vibrant DJ session as the end takeaway. The program was coordinated by Ms. Abiha Fatima and Mr. Yash Kaushal.
